Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Austria, France, Switzerland , Italy, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Finland Great Britain .
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross goods value):
free postage from 29 euros
Deliveries abroad :
We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows:
Austria: 8€
France: 8€
Switzerland: 8€
Italy: 8€
Luxembourg: 8€
Belgium: 8€
Netherlands: 8€
Great Britain: €8
For orders over € 100.00 we deliver abroad free of charge.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 1 - 2 days, and for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
Accepted payment options
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Payment on delivery (plus cash on delivery fee of 5 €)
- Payment by SEPA direct debit
- payment by invoice
Further details on payment
If paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 5 days.
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account by the announced date.
